Denver Business Journal - Forty Under 40 2008

On March 20, 2008, Brian Casazza, chief executive officer of Denver-based 9 Squared, a Zed Group company, was recognized in the Denver Business Journals 11th annual Forty Under 40 list. Casazza was selected for his outstanding business accomplishments and contributions to the local community. This award is a first for 34-year-old Casazza, recognized as a thought leader in the mobile entertainment industry. In addition, Casazza demonstrates his devotion to the Denver community through active involvement in several organizations.

Sony BMG - Top Ringtone Awards 2007

On October 23, 2007, Sony BMG recognized Zed's U.S. operations for helping propel the sale of Sony BMG ringtones through Zed's expert marketing and content programming via custom menu tabs, banner advertising, SMS campaigns, and innovative artist landing pages. Awards acknowledged Zed, then 9 squared, for Tones that went Triple Platinum (T-Pain – "Buy You A Drank" Shawty Snappin'), and Tones that went Double Platinum (Hurricane Chris – "A Bay Bay" and Sean Kingston – "Beautiful Girls").
